Anyone out there ever use Eagle Claw Fly tying Hooks? Prices look good at Cabela's and have had good luck with their bait hooks since I was a kid. Or do you get what you pay for?

twitty when it comes to Eagle Claw Fly tying Hooks you get what you pay for.
I've used them they are really cheap I',ve had them snap at the hook bend on some and I've lost some fish when the hook opened up on others. If I were you I would spend a few cents more and buy some good hooks .
Just my opinion.

its been a while but I'm all about them. I tie a bunch of eggs on them and give them to my friends when we do an outing and then I use another brand. For some reason I always land more fish????
You get what you pay for. You can make an equivalent by bending paperclips and putting a sharp point on them.
