Hello all. This is an awesome site that PornKing has put together.

I am from Southwest Michigan and starting fishing about 10 years ago. Really enjoy the time I spend flyfishig on the PM. Have had tons of sucess and each year is a new experience.

Also fish Lake Michigan frequently. Have to admit to doing some summer perching, which is a blast. We got all our friends into to it, so we have a big fishing crew.

My goal is to catch a Tarpon on a fly rod. Have some work to do on my casting skills. But one of the coolest things I have ever seen is a big tarpon turn to take the fly on my husbands cast.

Welcome!! My wife got the bug a few years back also. (It's one way of not becoming a fishing widow...heh) YOu may be interested in a website that caters to women fly fishers; http://flygirls.ws/
These are good peeps on this site, and I look forward to wetting some line with 'em sometime. In the meantime, wow! what a brownie...just checked your other post. I guess I gotzta start night fishin' more.

Here's one of my down south fish. Would tell you this Jack was catch and release...but he was bait for the man in the gray suit.


Here's the man in the gray suit...would love to say it's my hook, but one of our crew got to hook into this big guy. Fought him a half hour, was a 6' blacktip. Picked him up on the flats. Too much fun...



Hoping to get back down there this spring.
