We could go into the typical long-winded legal jargon and we might later, but for now here's the rules: We are fairly laid back group and don't want to suppress opinions, thoughts and such. Basically, don't be the guy or gal you see on the river that you complain about at the end of the trip. If you are, then we'll probably take action to resolve the issue. While we do encourage bantor and opossing opinions, we just ask this, and it's simple, be respectful. This doesn't mean you have to hold hands and sing Coombaya. This site is for bait casters, fly pitchers, noodlers and all other forms of fishing. Illegal methods and rigging will not be tolerated. Respect the fish, respect the waters.
Fishingporn.com will not be held responsible for any personal attacks, damaged property or theft or death to any user. I think that pretty much covers it.  Get wet...keep it bent.
